Lemon Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 16 ounces maple flavored yougart
- 6 ounces heavy (40%) whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 8 0z icing sugar
- 2 Tbls lemon extract
- 12 ounces heavy, white bread from The local European bakery, cubed and de-crusted
Instructions
Mix all the liquid and semi liquid ingredients. Mix with bread, let set for 4 hours. Bake until done at 225 degrees. Serve, dusted with sugar.
