Lemon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces maple flavored yougart
  • 6 ounces heavy (40%) whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 0z icing sugar
  • 2 Tbls lemon extract
  • 12 ounces heavy, white bread from The local European bakery, cubed and de-crusted

Instructions

Mix all the liquid and semi liquid ingredients. Mix with bread, let set for 4 hours. Bake until done at 225 degrees. Serve, dusted with sugar.
