Sometimes on Saturday mornings our family goes to a locally famous donut shoppe to get donuts and coffee. (milk for the kids) My absolute favorite are the apple fritters. I really like fresh peaches much more than apples, so this recipe is right up my alley! Plus I like that you don't need to use a deep fryer to make them. Yum!

I love apple fritters and I had never heard of peach fritters before. It makes sense, though, and I definitely want to try my hand at making these. I've always bought the pre-made ones from the store and the process of making them myself looks rather simple. These would be great with a bit of vanilla or peach ice cream as a dessert.
