Oh, I never thought of pairing pumpkin with a cinnamon icing. I always thought it worked best for vanilla cupcakes, but now I am intrigued. Do you make this recipe often? How well does it go over at parties? I am not sure everyone will like this, but I think it sounds fabulous.
