Your hubby may be your dreamboat, but this pumpkin dessert is ours. Pumpkin Dreamboat Dessert is made up of layers and layers of decadence. The first layer consists of crushed Oreos to create a beautiful brown base. The next layer is made up of cream cheese and Cool Whip. On top of that is perhaps the most important layer of all: pumpkin! Every ingredient makes this dessert special, but the pumpkin pie pudding mix is essential. Top it off with more Cool Whip and some pecans, and your easy fall dessert is complete!

What a dreamy dessert, right? I love that you made a pumpkin dessert that does not have anything to do with pumpkin spice lattes. I love the cream layers between the pumpkin. The flavor of cream cheese and pumpkin is one of my absolute favorite things in the whole wide world.

With fall coming up, I've been looking for some new things to try, and this looks splendid. It's really easy to make and it's a nice change of pace from regular pumpkin pie. I used crushed graham crackers for the base rather than the crushed Oreos, though I would like to try it with them sometime. I didn't have any Oreos handy when I made it, so I went with the tried and true graham cracker base.
