Until I came across this recipe, I was unaware there was any such thing as Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter. I was familiar with some of the Peanut Butter Co. line, but this flavor was new to me. The bars look wonderful, and since we're coming up on Fall (and pumpkin season!) these are going on the baking list. I normally use store-bought marshmallow fluff, but I might give this homemade version a try as well.
