Pumpkin cake sounds so heavenly. Do you think I could leave off the walnuts, or use another nut? My daughter is allergic to tree nuts, but I was thinking maybe a honey roasted peanut would go well with the pumpkin and cream cheese. What do you think, or should I just leave it plain?
