When you put Oreo's and cheesecake in the same dessert, you can expect me to show up for dinner that night. I love the creamy combination between cookies and the cream filling. When you put that with cream cheese, then it is out of this world, right? I can't wait to make this dessert and have seconds.

I haven't made this cheesecake recipe but I've seen some like this one and one thing I need is some patience. Patience to whisk the whipping b team while adding sugar until it forms the stiff peaks and patience waiting for the cake to set in the refrigerator. I'm a sucker for Oreos so any recipe that uses them is instantly a hit with me.
