I love bundt cakes - they're so pretty! And this cake with the crushed candy canes on top is just perfect for the Christmas season! I would definitely add some peppermint to the icing for some extra flavour and it would look pretty with some silver dragees on top!

There is just something about a bundt cake. They just look awesome. I don't use my pan a lot because I have trouble getting the cake to release easily. I grease and flour well, but it still seems to want to stay in there. Any tips? My daughter loves her mint. And what a great way up use up candy canes or you could just crush any type of mint candies you have.
