"Here’s another delicious and easy-to-make summer dessert recipe that’s vegan-friendly and requires no cooking. There’s something for everyone: coconut, chocolate and nuts – all my favorite things. You don’t have to make all the layers if you feel lazy, or you can make the top layer by just melting your favorite dark chocolate. However, I like adding some nut butter to make the chocolate layer softer and even more delicious. I usually use tahini, but some almond or hazelnut butter would be great too."

My wife decides to go on a raw diet every so often, and I'm always surprised a bit by how good everything can taste. These look splendid and since I love chocolate and coconut, these are definitely something I would indulge in with her. I like the idea of using an ice cube tray to help shape the bars and we actually have several that would produce just the right size. I'm going to be making up some of these soon.

This looks like a great healthy alternative when you need a sweet afternoon pick me up!
