    Raw Vegan Carob Fudge Bars

"I already posted my delicious chocolate bark recipe, now here’s a delicious raw vegan carob bar recipe that requires only five minutes to make and is perfect for people who can’t eat chocolate. These bars are soft, fudgy, rich and very flavorful. I love the combination of coconut oil and carob. I also decided to add some chopped nuts and dried fruits. I used a small plastic container (16×10 cm or about 6×4 inches) and I was able to cut 8 bars."

My wife and I both enjoy raw foods from time to time, and I was delighted to come across this recipe. It's also a treat we can share with our dogs since they're fine with both carob and coconut. I know I'll be trying out some different combinations of nuts and fruits when I make this again. If you make this, do be aware that carob has a different taste than regular chocolate. It's good, but don't bite into it thinking it's going to taste the same as a usual piece of fudge.
