Raw Vegan Carrot Cake Truffles For Easter
"Here is a delicious vegan and gluten-free egg-shaped truffle recipe for Easter. They don’t require cooking and taste just like carrot cake. I used a mixture of melted coconut oil, cacao butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon for the glaze of my egg-shaped truffles, but you can use melted white chocolate instead. If you have egg shape molds, that would be great. However, I don’t have any, so I shaped the “eggs” by hand. I was able to make 10 “eggs” with this recipe."

I think these sound great! They look like little munchkins! This goes to show you that vegan desserts can still taste great! This is a nice base recipe so you could get creative mixing and matching flavors. I think these would be great with some lemon zest or a very small amount of pureed pumpkin with some cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices!
