"Here’s a very simple and quick recipe for healthy raw vegan granola bars. In order to balance the oils from the nuts and seeds, I decided to add some rolled oats and dried fruit, but that’s optional. I made them with honey, but you can use maple syrup as a vegan option. I also decided to add some desiccated coconut and some coconut flakes. You can use only coconut oil, but I decided to mix coconut oil with some tahini (you can use another nut butter you may have). These bars are delicious, nutritious and very easy to make."
