At Christmas I fill strawberries with whipped cream so they look like little Santas, but it would be cool to fill them with cheese cake stuffing and still make them in to little Santas. They would be tasty little treats Christmas day or Christmas Eve. These sound really nice, I may have to make a tester batch sooner rather than later
