Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 2 9 inch pie crusts, unbaked

Blend the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until thick and well combined.

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Add the melted butter, and mix until well combined.

Add wet to dry, and stir thoroughly.

Heat the oven to 350F.

Divide the pie filling between 2 unbaked pie crusts.
