I love cake rolls but they can be more than a bit tricky to turn out correctly. I've found that a liberal use of frosting can hide a multitude of mistakes. I really like the video of how to make the roll since the rolling process seemed to baffle a number of contestants on the Great British Baking Show when a swiss roll was one of the challenges. This is a really nice recipe and I'm thinking of making it with some other fruits. I think a peach one would be delicious.
