Toasted Pound Cake Elvis-Style

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Cake Loaf
- 4 Bananas
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Instructions

Slice pound cake into eight slices.

Melt 1 T butter in your skillet.

Add 3-4 slices of pound cake to skillet, cook on one side until golden brown, flip, and cook on the other side. Repeat until all slices are toasted. Remove slices from skillet.

Melt 1 T butter into skillet. Slice bananas into the melted butter. Cook until softened.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add peanut butter, stir until peanut butter is melted.

Add one slice of pound cake to a plate. Scoop bananas and peanut butter on top. Top with whipped cream. Serve warm.
