2-Minute Peanut Butter Dip
You may be wondering how peanut butter--silky, nutty, delicious peanut butter--could be made any better than it already is. Well, this 2-Minute Peanut Butter Dip is here to prove that it can be done. Thanks to a blend of all-natural ingredients such as honey and vanilla, this dip has no artificial sweeteners and packs a healthy punch. This dip contains a massive amount of protein, which is exactly what any kid on the go needs. Also, this peanut butter dip can be made in only two minutes. It seems too good to be true!

I used to make this for my son quite often. He was just asking me about it last night. I had misplaced the recipe, so I am glad to have found it again. I used plain yogurt instead of cottage cheese. He loved it with apple slices, but it goes with much more than that. It makes a nice healthy snack, and is a great recipe to bring to a family potluck.

Since it is so healthy, I might even give this to my son for a breakfast treat, served with fresh fruit. Graham crackers, those vanilla wafers, animal crackers, or even pretzels would be great dipped in this stuff too! Our school recently became a "peanut - free zone," so I can't pack it into his lunch though.
