A great recipe for hummus thats a little different. I dont think we have ever had one we hadnt liked. What makes this one a little extra special is how it can be used as a dip OR a spread. The more versatile a recipe is, the more I tend to try them and keep them if we enjoy them, especially as much as we like this one. Do you have ways to determine what youll try and/or keep?
