Blueberry Banana Green Smoothie
"Are you still full of carby turkey awesomeness? We JUST finished up all of our leftovers on Wednesday night. That’s a lot of turkey, and potatoes, and stuffing, and gravy. Oh the gravy! YUM! As much as I LOVE the Thanksgiving holiday feasting, it leaves me feeling a little over-indulged, and ready to make some room in my diet for some other healthy options for some quick lunches and snacks. This smoothie really filled me up, and the addition of the oats really helped make this an actual meal and not just a snack. I didn’t add any additional sweeteners to this, and thought it was perfect. Your tastes may vary. I suggest adding some honey or maple syrup if you are watching your refined white sugar intake, but if not? Go on ahead and dump a little in."
