"Cafe de Olla is a traditional Mexican coffee variety, which translated means coffee pot. I learned about this amazing coffee when I met a couple of Mexicans on a train ride. The coffee is enhanced with spices, which makes it a real treat. I love preparing this coffee once in a while as a little treat. So, if you are a hardcore coffee lover, then this coffee might just be your thing. I tend to use arabica to prepare this cafe de olla, however, you may want to try it with robusta coffee beans too for a change. By the way, this coffee is great when you have guests over.
