Glowing Green Juice
Looking for an easy, delicious, healthy way to stay hydrated? This is it! Cucumbers are known to have many health benefits, such as promoting healthy skin, being packed with antioxidants and helping with bloating! The apples and lemon give this blend a refreshing sweet taste. You’ll be reaching for this on hot summer days. Batch juicing is so easy with the Nama J2 juicer. Load and go, and you’ll have multiple servings in minutes.

GET JUICING!
-
Wash all your produce and get ready to prep.
-
Peel the lemons and cut them in half. Cut the cucumbers into quarters to fit easily in the hopper.
-
I like to peel my ginger with a potato peeler, but you can leave it unpeeled if you prefer. Cut the ginger into smaller pieces for a smoother juicing process.
-
There is no need to peel the apples, but you can core them. Nama suggests coring because apple seeds are known to have toxicity; I prefer to core my apples when juicing.
-
Add the ingredients to the hopper in this order: First layer your lemons, then add the cucumbers, ginger (if using) and apples.
-
Once it’s loaded, turn on the juicer and run it until all the ingredients are juiced.
-
Pour your juice into 16-ounce (480-ml) containers for seven servings. Fill them all the way to the top if storing in the fridge, and leave space in the container if you plan on freezing.
TIP:
Make sure to follow Nama’s suggested layering to optimize the juicing experience. Softer fruits and veggies on the bottom, and harder fruits and veggies on top. This will make batch juicing smoother.
