Ingredients: 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk; 1 c peach Schnapps; 1 c heavy or whipping cream; 3/4 c. vodka; 4 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Peaches and Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 c peach Schnapps
1 c heavy or whipping cream
3/4 c. vodka
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

Makes 2 1/2 pints.. Combine all in a blender until smooth. Pour into bottles and refrigerate overnight. Shake well. Store up to 1 month. (In a pretty bottle, they're great for festive winter gifts!)

About the only flavor of schnapps I consistently use is peppermint schnapps. This peaches and cream liqueur sounds really interesting and something I'd like to try making it up. It looks like it would be good just drunk straight, but I'm also thinking about the possibility of using it with some vanilla or peach ice cream. Time to run to the store and get the necessary ingredients to make this.
