I am trying to cook more with tofu and this recipe will be great. I love paella and never thought of using tofu. The instructions will help since I always seem to have a problem with getting the tofu right. Also I never knew this was a name for the burnt rice in the bottom of the pan. You find that with different cultures as well. I have most of the ingredients. Just have to buy the tofu. Thank you for the recipe.
