"Our Aguachile Verde uses fresh shrimp marinated in lime juice and jalapeños to produce a fresh, spicy dish. Served on tostadas or with tortilla chips, and topped with onion and avocado, it is a perfect fresh dish on a hot summer day. Aguachile verde, which originated in the Mexican state of Sinaloa, is often thought of as Mexican Ceviche. This recipe can be modified to use fresh fish, scallops, or even octopus, and the heat can be adjusted by using spicy serrano peppers as well. "
