Baked is my absolutely favorite way of preparing fish and with dill it is just heavenly so this recipe is just perfect for my tastebuds! Luckily the whole family agreed and with some lightly stir fried fresh garden veg it was a really delicious meal. So good, in fact, that I would be really happy to serve it to guests at our next dinner party.
