Salmon Cakes
"Salmon Cakes was one of my favorite meals growing up. Always check for small bones in the salmon. Break the salmon apart with your fingers and that will allow you to feel for small bones and remove them before mixing. I have a tendency to get my hands in the bowl and mix together until the ingredients are incorporated into the salmon. Divide the salmon mixture into four parts, flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and Enjoy!"
