"This dish is loaded with flavors, easy to make and it´s all done using just one pan. Cod is a very popular fish to eat in Spain, specially in the northern region of the Basque country. It is a very mild fish with a great texture and absorbs all the great flavors from any sauce that it´s cooked in. To make this recipe affordable I used frozen cod and thawed it out, for a dish like you don´t have to use fresh cod and pay those expensive prices."
