Dexas Kitchen Workboard

 
The Dexas Kitchen Workboard is designed to be multi-purpose.  It is a great size and material for chopping all of your ingredients. The board fits over your kitchen sink for easy rinsing of ingredients and disposing of scraps. 
 


The genius design of this board keeps it locked in place on just about any work surface. The overhang on the board curves around a countertop or table perfectly. There are non-stick pads on both ends of the board that keep it solidly locked in place, even on a wet sink surface. 


 
I really enjoyed using this chopping board to prep my vegetables before cooking dinner. The board fit nicely around my rather small sink and it allowed me to quickly rinse, dry, and chop vegetables without racing around the kitchen. 


 
This board is not strictly meant for chopping. The 12" x 17" size makes this board ideal for pasta and pastry making. You can easily roll out dough and assemble delicate desserts. You can also use it to protect surfaces while you do work outside the kitchen.


 
Nonpourous plastic is used to make the Work Board and it is this material that allows the board to stay in great condition. The material keeps it from absorbing nasty or pungent odors different ingredients may produce. You can wash the board by hand or let the dishwasher do the work. After use, no stains or remnants of what you were cooking remains.
