I love the compact size of this mixer. It makes it ideal for small kitchens with little storage. I also love the incorporation of a storege area for the whisk heads. This makes keeping all the pieces together simple.
I was able to make a few different recipes using this electric mixer. I started by testing a standard buttercream recipe and was delighted by the results.
