Elizabeth's Everyday Essentials Anything Pan from Revol (valued at $89.99) is a versatile 9 x 13 inch baking dish. This black porcelain pan is stylish, user-friendly, and practically everything-safe. I had a pleasant experience using it for the first time and look forward to using it again and again.
You can make all sorts of delicious food in the Anything Pan, from casseroles and lasagnas to cakes and cobblers. I made a Beef and Noodle Casserole in it. The food cooked evenly and each piece was easy to get out. I'm not used to cooking casseroles in black pans, but I found it really made the cheesy, golden topping pop. How pretty!
Besides being able to make practically anything in this pan, you can also put it almost anywhere. It is freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher-safe. As home cooks, you and I both know how helpful this is. Though it is dishwasher safe, it's also really easy to hand wash. It's nonporous, so it doesn't absorb grease, bacteria, or water. I barely touched it with a towel before it was completely dry!
I loved using this Anything Pan. The handles are comfortable, it cooked the food evenly, and it was easy to clean. That's everything I look for in a casserole dish. You're going to love it, too.
