Ronco Showtime Electric Rotisserie Review

The Ronco Showtime Electric Rotisserie is a one-of-a-kind appliance that will change how you think about cooking your favorite meats. The countertop oven can roast a whole turkey or chicken up to 15 pounds! The Rotisserie comes complete with a multipurpose basket, rotisserie spit, carving platform, removable drip tray, oven gloves, and food ties.



Thanksgiving is always stressful and every year I worry about oven space. By using this countertop appliance, I was able to make the turkey without wasting valuable oven space. This eliminated all of my panic and made the holiday season care-free.



While I don't often make turkey, I do love chicken and other meats made in the rotisserie oven. I love that the size of this rotisserie makes it easy to make two chickens if you are having guests. The basket included with the Showtime also allows for versatility in use. You can make veggies and other side dishes, too!



I was extremely impressed by how well the food came out when using the rotisserie. The meat I cooked had the distinct tenderness one can only find from spit roasting. Don't be surprised when you get compliments from all the food you cook using it. This in part is thanks to the self-basting rotation that cannot be done in a regular oven.



After using the rotisserie all of the small parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. You may find you use this appliance more than expected, but if you would like to store it while not in use, it fits in most bottom cabinets.
