The Swiss Diamond 5 piece Kitchen Tool Set is by far one of the nicest sets of kitchen tools I have used while cooking. The set includes a batter spatula, tongs, ladle, slotted spoon, and turner to meet all of your needs in the kitchen or by the grill. Each tool, except the tongs, has silicone reinforcement to keep the handle cool and protect your hands.
Each tool in this set has a special feature that makes it a step above any standard tool. I love the ladle because it has a deep conical shape that makes it much easier to reach spots at the bottom of a pot. I also really like the spouts on either side. With other ladles, I often spill everywhere, but these spouts keep me from making a big mess. The slotted spoon, unlike the ladle, has a shallow shape. This makes it simpler to skim the top of a soup or flip items while frying.
The turner spatula is another tool that has been improved upon. The sides of the spatula have ridges making it easy to cut into food while cooking. This makes it easier to check whether something is done without having to dirty more tools. The other spatula in the set is specifically designed for scraping bowls and using while baking. The curved head of the batter spatula makes it easy to get every last drop of batter into a cake pan. This spatula is made with silicone so it is incredibly flexible.
The tongs are the only item in the set without silicone on the handle. This is because they have a notched handle to rest atop a pot or pan. This makes it easy to set the tongs down, but keep them easily available.
Each tool is completely dishwasher safe. They also feature handy holes to hang the tools in your kitchen. Little features like the silicone reinforcement and the raised heads makes this tool set unique and high quality. Each tool can withstand temperatures up to 480 degrees F.
