Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces cream cheese
1 small package black cherry Jello
1 package Cool Whip

Instructions

Bring pineapple, water and sugar to a boil in a medium pan. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and Jello. Mix well.
Fold pineapple mixture into Cool Whip. Refrigerate one hour before serving.

I would love to see a picture of this so I know if it is something I would want to make. I am also wondering how much cool whip is in the package of cool whip. Cool Whip comes in several different sized tubs. A measurement would be helpful. What is the consistency like? Can it be used on a crust, or is it too soft?
