    Apricot Sorbet

    Fresh and Fruity! Apricot Sorbet is just right for your summertime treat.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (15-ounce) apricot halves, undrained
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Instructions

    1. Freeze the apricots in a freezer-proof container.
       
    2. Place frozen apricots in a blender or food processor; add sugar and lemon juice.
       
    3. Cover and process until combined. Serve immediately or freeze.
