Two pieces of Brownie Brittle are spread with peanut butter and ice cream is pressed between to make a sandwich. You can make these treats ahead of time and freeze them until you're ready to enjoy!

Ingredients

2 large pieces Brownie Brittle
Vanilla ice cream, softened
Smooth peanut butter

Instructions

Spread peanut butter on to Brownie Brittle.
Scoop ‎ice cream on to one piece and place other piece of buttered Brownie Brittle on top.
Press gently. Freeze immediately, until ready to serve.

What is brownie brittle? I have never heard of it. It sure sounds like a fantastic thing that I wish I would have found sooner. Is it like peanut brittle but with a brownie coating, or is it a mix, or something different? I can't wait to find out, so I can make this dessert.
