Fast and Easy Microwave Brown Bread Ice Cream
Love brown bread ice cream but don't have time to make it with a recipe for homemade ice cream? No problem this fast and easy recipe makes microwavable brown bread that you can mix with the ice cream of your choice!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce margarine or oil
- 3 ounces brown bread crumbs
- 1 ounce brown sugar
Instructions
- Put the margarine or oil, brown bread crumbs and brown sugar in a bowl and place in microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir with fork. As it cools it should crisp up.
- If not return to mw for another short period until it goes crisp when cool. Stir frequently to break up.
- Allow to cool completely, before stirring into slightly softened ice cream. Return to freezer.
