Oreo Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 small bag Oreo cookies
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 small can chocolate syrup
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 container cool whip, thawed
Instructions
Crush Oreo cookies in a blender. Melt butter, then add to crushed Oreo cookies and flatten on a large glass sheet-cake pan, pat down to make a crust. Slice vanilla ice cream and lay on top of oreo crust. Pour Hershey's syrup over vanilla ice cream. Spread cool whip on top of cake. Cover with tin foil and freeze over night.
