    Soursop Sorbet

    Ingredients

    • Make soursop sorbet for 6 by sharpening 2 cups heavy sugar syrup
    • with lemon juice, then mixing this into 2 cups soursop puree with
    • a little white rum. Churn in an ice-cream machine.

    Instructions

    Note: heavy sugar syrup - heat 1 part water to 1 part sugar and stir until sugar dissolved. 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tablespoon = 20 ml
