Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 14 ounce cans condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 6 bananas, mashed
- Milk (amount explained in instuctions)
Instructions
- Beat eggs and sugar together.
- Add canned milk, salt and vanilla, stir in mashed bananas and pour into can.
- Add enough homogenized milk to make 1 gallon liquid.
- Freeze in ice cream maker, following instructions specified.
