Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz.s can evaporated milk
- 12 ounces whole milk
- sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash salt
- flavoring, if desired (see below)
Instructions
Mix in a 2 quart can. Add sugar to taste, about 1 cup usually. Remember that in the freezing, the taste of the sugar will diminish, so you want the liquid to taste a bit sweeter than you want the final product to taste. Notes: During peach season, we mash fully ripe peaches and add them. If you want chocolate ice cream, just add a large instant chocolate pudding mix!
