Right, this millionaire pie reminds me of ambrosia salad. Same appearance, same ingredients. I like this type of dessert because it's so simple, not heavy in the stomach, and easy to prepare.

This looks a lot like the Ambrosia salads or what I call "Fluff" but put into a graham cracker crust. Why didn't I think of that? I know my family will love this recipe. I wanted to make it for Easter, but I don't think I can wait that long. Sounds like a good treat for next weekend!

This recipe looks really interesting. I don't think we have anything like this in the UK - we have Millionaire's Shortbread, but that has chocolate and caramel sauce on top. Any ideas where this recipe comes from? Do you eat it for any special celebrations in the US or is it more of an everyday recipe?
