There is something about making things mini, or bite sized that just makes them better, not to mention so much fun to serve and eat. These Mini Lemon Hand Pies are so easy to make, love the lemon curd recipe...perfect. They are the perfect addition to your game day menu, but be prepared, they go fast. I'm thinking of trying these with different pie fillings.

My boys are big pie fans. My husband is too. I know that this recipe will be a welcomed one in our home. If they know I have it, they will hound me day and night to make them too! They will all want different flavours no doubt. I guess I know what my weekend will be like.
