This is a very innovative no-bake apple pie! Typically, I think of apple pie for the fall after apple picking or for Thanksgiving but this pie is so creamy and refreshing that it can be made any time of year. Additionally, other fruits may easily be substituted. Think of a whipped lemon pie in the summer... so yum!
