I love peach cobbler. I don't know that I would call this cobbler, but it sounds great. I have made something like this with cherries before. It is easy and the fruit bubbles up through the cake batter and looks so pretty. Peaches are my favorite fruit. I would not use canned, just cause I love the taste when they are fresh, even if I am going to bake them. Maybe it is more the texture.

wow, this is an easy recipe, and it looks really good. I don't remember ever making peach cobbler, so I can't wait to try it. Sometimes I have a hard time thinking of new and different desserts to make, so I was thrilled to find this recipe. It will be great as a dessert, or even as a Sunday brunch item.
