The ease and convenience of this recipe is the greatest. I love that it makes one bowl, and that I can blend it to an ice cream consistency. Ice cream is absolutely a weakness of mine, and this Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl helps satisfy that craving with a much healthier alternative. I'm going to try experimenting with different fruit to create different flavors.
