Citrus Herb Salt Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings
"These crispy Citrus Herb-Salt Chicken Wings take less than 15 minutes on the grill and are a must have for your next game day celebration. They are amazing with blue cheese dressing and a cold beer. And if you don't have a fryer, then here's a great way to still get a crispy wing without having to go through all the fuss!"

I'm planning on making these for a Memorial Day family potluck. But I'm using the author's oven method for their Asian wings to cook the wings and then just finish crisping them on the grill, because space is at a premium on the grill. After marinating these wings for a few hours, or overnight in the lightly seasoned fresh marinade, slow cook as many wings as you need for 2 hours at 300 degrees in the oven. Then, in your yard or the host's house, throw the wings on the grill for a few minutes until crispy. They will come out of the oven crispy, too, but for the grill marks and to recrisp them at the event, throwing them on the grill a few minutes will tweak them. You can even keep some of the marinade you made separate, before touching the raw chicken, and brush it on before grilling.
