Pellet Grill Picanha Recipe
"Pellet Grill Picanha is a dish that originated in Argentina but has become quite popular in the states in recent years. A sirloin cap steak is placed onto metal skewers before being seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked on our pellet grill. We love beef around here. There isn’t much better than a good steak with all of the sides on it. We love steak even MORE since we got into pellet grilling.Cooking over a real fire adds something special to the meat that you just can’t get with other cooking methods. No charcoal, gas grill, or flat top can add that touch of smoke (without adding additional smoked tubes) and it makes a big difference in the end result. "
