"This Candied Maple Pecan Yam recipe is an excellent holiday dish. Also on a Tuesday. Definitely Thanksgiving and Christmas. (Cardamom is the secret) My amazing sister was the genius behind the cardamom. I don't always love yams. In fact, i get sick of them really quickly. Too sweet for my taste. But this combination of yams with rosemary maple pecans, coconut milk, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt is just... perfect. Try these yams with your turkey this year!"
