"A tangy lemon cake that is perfect for Spring time! This cake works well as a cupcake, two 6-inch cakes or can be used in a silicone egg large cavity mold. The cake is baked until just done and then covered in white chocolate. But inside the cake is a fun surprise! Cut a small hole into the cake to fill with colorful sprinkles. Once the cake is bit into, sprinkles will spill out and will be a fun treat for the whole family!"
