"Delicious meatballs packed with flavor and complimented by an abundance of delicious vegetables, glazed with an amazing barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection! So the other day we wanted Meatballs but we also wanted to barbecue because the weather has been so unbelievably hot out that cooking in the house is really not on the top of the list of things to do…. but also because we LOVE LOVE barbecue. We decided, what better than BBQ meatball skewers? Yep. Why not? Make up some yummy meatballs and then skewer those suckers with your favorite veggies and voila. Meatballs on the BBQ. NOM NOM NOM.
